Aerospace & Defence Consulting · Canada

Canada is buying more aerospace and defence than its supply base can deliver. The hard part is knowing who actually can.

What we do

Canada is short of suppliers and short of people.

Same network behind both.

For companies abroad

Talent

The engineer you need is employed, isn’t looking, and won’t answer a job ad. Give us a week and we’ll know who they are.

How we find them →
$63B
defence spending in ten months. Committed to 3.5% of GDP by 2035.
70%
of federal contracts targeted at Canadian firms. Primes carry obligations they must satisfy.
12
submarines, the largest procurement in Canadian history. Contracting closes end of 2027.
How we work

Every engagement starts with a Needs Assessment.

Most of the value is in getting the question right.

Assess We find what is really blocking you. A supplier, a route to market, or a person. Often not the one you came in with.
Scope Written scope and fixed fee before work starts. If we are not right for it, we say so.
Deliver Named firms, named contacts, the specific people. Most clients leave the handover call with three names to email.

Who you are dealing with

We ran the channel. We didn’t study it.

Two F-35s came in low over a ridge outside Tucson. What stayed with me wasn’t the aircraft. It was everything behind it: every part had a supplier who passed an audit, and every supplier had people nobody outside the industry has heard of.

A decade in industrial and technical sales across distribution, safety and solutions. The last two years inside Canadian aerospace and defence, running a national distributor channel for a global interconnect manufacturer. Security assessed under the Controlled Goods Program in 2025.
